Parties we look after
Whether it's fifty friends in the garden or a big birthday at a hired venue, our officers fit in quietly and keep things running smoothly in the background.

Guest list on the door, private rooms kept private, and neighbours kept happy. Housewarmings too.

30th, 40th, 50th and beyond. You enjoy the speeches, we handle the front door.

Peace of mind for parents. Invite-only entry, no gatecrashers, and a calm eye on the evening.

Gates, side entrances and gardens watched, so the party can spill outside.

Festive parties and New Year's Eve, with officers on until the last guest is home.

Engagements, christenings, anniversaries, and festival gatherings like Diwali, Eid and Lunar New Year, at home or a hired venue.
Costumes make faces hard to recognise, so we check every guest against your list and keep uninvited ghouls outside.

At home, in a marquee or at a hired hall. A warm welcome for family and friends, and a calm, watchful door all evening.
Fireworks in the garden, gates managed and neighbours kept happy.
Photos, drinks and cars at home before the big night, with a calm adult on the door.
What we do on the night
Smart, approachable officers who greet your guests warmly and deal with problems before you ever notice them.
A warm welcome for every invited guest, and a polite no for anyone who isn't.
Bedrooms and private rooms kept private, with gardens and side gates looked after.
Smooth arrivals at the kerb, taxis managed and noise kept down for the neighbours.
We arrive 30 minutes before your first guest and stay until the last one is safely on their way.
Tell us the feel of your event and we'll dress to match, so your officers fit in with your guests.
Dinner suit and bow tie for formal dinners and big milestone celebrations.
Dark suit, white shirt and tie. Our standard for most parties.
Blazer, open-neck shirt and chinos for relaxed house and garden parties.
Plain, understated black that blends in with the room. Popular for 18ths.
Smart coats and weatherproof layers for marquees, gardens and fireworks.
A subtle nod to your theme, like a festive jumper at Christmas or a mask at Halloween.
Whatever they wear, every officer keeps their SIA licence on display, so guests always know who to go to.

A few simple rules, set for your safety and your guests'. We'll always explain our advice before you book.
We keep a small team of trusted officers, so the earlier you book, the more likely we can bring the people we know best.
For December, New Year's Eve, Halloween and summer weekends, please book 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Payment is taken in full in advance, and your booking is confirmed once it is received.
One officer can't watch the front door and the rest of the house at the same time. When numbers are too low, the risk falls on you as the host.
We won't take a booking with fewer officers than we believe is safe.
Teenage parties attract uninvited friends, and word spreads fast on social media. To keep everyone safe, we ask that:
Where we work
Most of our parties are in west, central and north London, and we cover homes and venues right across Greater London. Tap an area to open it in Google Maps.
The people at your door
A small team of SIA-licensed officers who work together regularly. Friendly faces, calm heads and very good at remembering names.

Has never once raised their voice. Has never needed to.

If you're on the list, you're in. If you're not, you're politely not.

Keeps the street happy, the taxis moving and the noise complaints at zero.

Doesn't clock off until every guest is safely on their way home.

Up to about 50 adult guests can be covered by one officer, though we recommend two. For 51 to 100 guests, two officers are required, and for 101 to 150, three. 18ths and teenage parties always need at least two, because uninvited friends tend to turn up. £40 per officer per hour, with a 4-hour minimum. Officers arrive 30 minutes before your guests and stay 30 minutes after the end, so a 6-hour party is 7 hours per officer: about £280 with one officer or £560 with two. Payment is taken in full in advance to secure your booking.
Not at all. Our officers are friendly, smartly dressed and low-key. Most guests just see a warm welcome at the door. Choose black tie, a classic suit, smart casual, all black, outdoor wear or a themed touch, or just tell us your dress code and we'll match it.
